Networks for Leaders: Let's Talk About Who We Talk To

Friday, April 16, 2021

Online--Zoom Link will be sent before the event

The pandemic has shifted and shrunk the relationships we have with one another. The screen time and meeting structures have made it a little more challenging to expand our networks organically, by chatting with new people in meetings or conferences. But that doesn’t have to sink your networking. You can still cultivate a set of relationships that support you: a network. In this workshop you’ll be asked to assess your own relationships and networks. Where are your strengths? Where can you expand? We’ll learn about three types of networks and set goals about who and how you want to connect with others during this time.

Presenter: Maureen Ramirez, Director of the Office of Economic Opportunity, MN Department of Employment and Economic Development (DED)
